Shelbie has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. Her journey began at age four on the soccer field, and by sixteen she was working in a hot yoga studio, deepening her love for movement.
After undergoing two meniscus surgeries, Shelbie recognized the critical importance of injury prevention and strength training. This insight led her to earn multiple certifications in injury prevention & personal training, equipping her to help others avoid similar setbacks.
Shelbie holds a Double B.A. degree in interpersonal communications and technical writing, which enhances her ability to connect with clients and translate complex programming into clear, actionable steps. In her college thesis, she focused on a yoga program for PTSD, illustrating the transofmrative power of tailored fitness solutions.
Throughout her career, Shelbie has worked with clients ranging in age from 18 to 84, always putting their individual goals first. Proviidng customized programs that go far beyong one-size-fits-all approaches.
