Nikki Lagorio
Nikki Lagorio's life has always been intertwined with movement and athleticism. From her early days in soccer, playing both travel and collegiate club, to qualifying for state championships in the 800m for track & field, her dedication to physical excellence has been a lifelong pursuit. Nikki truly believes that movement is medicine. You name it, she's done it— CrossFit athlete with countless competitive placements to a 53kg USA Olympic Weightlifter, half marathon runner, finding balance in yoga and Reformer Pilates, and IFBB Bikini Pro. She truly believes that movement is medicine, a philosophy she embodies in every aspect of her life.

Beyond her personal achievements, Nikki's profound "why" emerged during her nearly decade-long career in education. As a dedicated teacher and coach of high school track and field and cross country, she discovered immense fulfillment in guiding and empowering others to realize their full potential. Witnessing her students and athletes achieve their goals ignited a deep passion within her for fostering growth and self-belief.

After stepping away from her teaching career, Nikki found herself at a crossroads, searching for a renewed sense of purpose. It was during this time that she turned to her constant: physical wellness. This personal journey of rediscovery reignited her passion and clarified her mission: to help others forge a powerful connection with themselves through movement and mindful living.

Nikki is deeply committed to the power of human connection and believes in supporting individuals as they cultivate lifelong habits that nurture well-being, both inside and out. She is passionate about helping others build mental fortitude and unlock their inherent capabilities. Nikki holds a heartfelt conviction that every person is unique and possesses valuable contributions to offer the world. She champions the idea that building a strong relationship with oneself is the cornerstone of personal happiness and lasting success.
