Erin has been into fitness since an early age, having swam varsity swimming throughout Middle/High School; however, much of her life was overshadowed by a severe eating disorder that totally consumed her for over 15 years.
But that all changed when she started weight training in 2015. What began simply as the desire to stay “skinny” and get abs, quickly turned into a true love for fitness and bodybuilding. Erin stepped on the NPC stage for the first time in the fall of 2016, and has since competed in 7 Regional shows and 5 National level shows, placing Top 10 at both NPC Jr. USAs and NPC North Americans in 2019. She is committed to continuing to chase her goal of becoming an IFBB Bikini Pro in 2022.
Through bodybuilding, Erin has not only achieved ED recovery, but also discovered her love of competing and her passion and desire to inspire and help others overcome their own struggles and achieve their own health/fitness goals. She strives to teach her clients the importance of focusing on sustainability and balance to ensure that they can not only achieve their goals, but maintain them long term as well. Health is a top priority for Erin and her clients- not only physical health, but mental and emotional health as well.
In addition to coaching, Erin has her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences (Pre-Vet), and has worked in the Clinical Research industry for over 8 years. This science background has not only provided valuable experience in the health/medical industry, but also developed Erin’s love of reviewing data/trends and furthering her knowledge of all things health and science through reading scientific articles/papers, podcasts, and research data.
So whether you are looking to compete, transform, or learn to live a balanced lifestyle, Erin is here to help!
