Fitness has always been a cornerstone of my life. Moving my body and pushing it to new limits isn’t just a workout—it’s therapeutic. The gym has always been my “happy place,” a space of resilience and renewal. Whether I’m lifting heavy or breaking a sweat, movement has the power to reset and re-center me.

At 45, what began as a bucket-list goal—to compete just once—quickly transformed into a deep-seated passion and a powerful return to the competitive spirit that defined my childhood. Standing on stage, showcasing the discipline and dedication behind the scenes, awakened something fierce in me. Earning my IFBB Pro Card at age 50 was beyond what I ever imagined possible.

That personal transformation—physically, mentally, emotionally—sparked my calling to coach others. I immersed myself in training, nutrition, and functional health, which led me to pursue my education as an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner.

Today, I coach athletes of all ages, but my heart beats strongest for my 40+ female competitors. These women are navigating the complex physiological changes of perimenopause and menopause while striving to perform at the highest level—and they inspire me daily. Whether I’m guiding a National-Level physique athlete chasing a Pro Card or supporting a lifestyle client who just wants to feel like herself again, my coaching philosophy remains the same:

OPTIMIZE health to achieve your desired outcomes. My approach blends science-backed training, functional nutrition, hormone-awareness, and mindset work to help every woman unlock her strength, confidence, and competitive edge—on stage and in life. Because fitness isn’t just about lifting weights or eating clean—it’s about honoring your body, owning your power, and thriving through every season of life.
